Adebolat is a trading and investment group identity grounded in West African operations since 2021. From its operating base in Accra and regional presence in Lagos, the team connects international capability to procurement, distribution, projects, and operating opportunities across West Africa.

We started in operations, not theory. Real estate, beverage distribution, procurement, and project-side coordination taught us how goods move, how customers pay, how local demand behaves, and where international partners usually need help.

Our international relationships are built through direct supplier verification, trade delegation work, and in-market relationship building, including participation through ICC Ghana and other international business networks.

China is currently our strongest verified supply corridor, built through direct relationship-building, supplier conversations, and in-person checks. Europe and other global partner lanes are developing around investment, logistics, project development, sourcing, and export.

Group Managing Director

Founder of Adebolat. Sets the company's strategic direction and drives its growth, with hands-on ownership of budgeting, financial planning and modelling, and deep experience in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Halimat Aturu

Co-Founder & Accounting Manager

Co-founder who brings an accounting foundation to the company's mission. Leads internal financial records and takes part in key decisions, safeguarding financial transparency, efficiency and ethical practice.

Odunayo Kazeem

Technical Manager

Ensures quality standards and on-time delivery across projects. Manages technical teams, oversees infrastructure maintenance and upgrades, and works closely with Operations to integrate technical and operational processes.

Adebayo Ogunkoya

Operations Manager

Runs day-to-day operations and cross-department workflow. Manages logistics, supply chain and inventory control, and ensures compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
